The cytotoxic effect of free solanine, free niosome and solanine-loaded niosome NPs on MCF-7 and MCF-10 cell lines The results of the MTT assay show that the toxicity of solanine-loaded niosome NPs is time- and dose-dependent and that with increasing time from 24 to 72 h, cell viability decreases in the group treated with solanine-loaded niosome NPs.
