  2. To estimate RERI and AP, the lowest TyG index and its combination with obesity indicators category and the lowest genetic risk groups were the reference categories

TyG triglyceride-glucose, HR hazard ratio, CI confidence interval, PRS polygenic risk score, RERI relative excess risk due to interaction, AP the attributable proportion due to the interaction, TyG-WC triglyceride glucose-waist circumference, TyG-WHtR triglyceride glucose-waist to height ratio, TyG-WHR triglyceride glucose-waist to hip ratio, TyG-BMI triglyceride glucose-body mass index
