The DA Score reflects overall changes in all annotated metabolites within a given pathway, with a score of 1 indicating up-regulation and − 1 indicating down-regulation for all annotated differential metabolites within that pathway. The length of line segments corresponds to absolute values of DA Scores, while dot sizes indicate numbers of differential metabolites annotated in each pathway
