Comparison of Eh-lectin antigen positive percentage in MSI positive and MSI negative group. The difference in Eh-lectin antigen positivity between the MSI + and MSI − groups was not statistically significant based on Fisher’s exact test (P > 0.05). However, a significant difference was observed when comparing Eh-lectin antigen negative samples with positive and negative MSI status (P < 0.009). Additionally, a significant difference was noted in the concurrent examination of MSI and Eh-lectin antigen (P < 0.05). Out of the 39 MSI-positive samples, MSI + was observed in 3 samples, and there was a significant difference between these two groups (P < 0.05)
